《奶奶的咯吱窝》
二十岁那年的冬天，我像一列莽撞的火车，从省城呼啸着驶回故土醴陵乡下。我带回了城市的尘埃、一脑袋半生不熟的理论，以及一双被长途汽车冻得像铁块般的脚。推开奶奶那扇木门，室内的暖意混着老房子特有的柴火与尘土气息，瞬间将我包裹。
奶奶没多问什么，只是催我坐上她的床头。床已被她温好，但不足以驱散我骨缝里的寒气。我脱下鞋袜，一双脚已冻得发白，毫无知觉，像两件陌生的物体挂在腿的末端。
然后，她做了一个我终生无法以任何理论去阐释的动作。
她解开自己棉袄最上面的两颗盘扣，侧过身，不由分说地，将我那双冰得刺骨的脚，径直揣进了她的怀里，紧紧地，贴在她温暖的胳肢窝下。
那一瞬间，符号的框架与情感的内核，猛烈地撞击在一起。
我的脚，二十岁：象征着外在的、冰冷的、正在闯入世界的“文明”。它们走过水泥地、踏过公交车、裹在时尚却单薄的鞋袜里。它们是年轻的、无情的，带着都市的疏离感。
她的怀抱与胳肢窝，七十岁：象征着最原始的、恒温的、源于生命本源的“热土”。那里皮肤松弛，带着老人特有的、类似干草的气息。那是生命的源头，是毫无保留的、最赤裸的温暖。
这是一个极不“规范”、甚至有些“野蛮”的姿势。它不属于任何礼仪的范畴，它打破了祖孙之间通常应有的那种矜持的界限。然而，正是在这打破规范的动作里，爱，才显得如此真实而惊心动魄。
我能感觉到，在我冰凉的脚背贴上她温热皮肤的刹那，她枯瘦的身体有一个微不可察的、强忍住的颤抖。但那怀抱的箍锢，却更紧了。她用自己的体温，作为唯一的、也是全部的疗愈，来对抗整个世界施加于她孙女的寒冷。
她没有说“我爱你”，也没有问“你累不累”。她只是用身体，为我那双代表着逃离与远行的脚，举行了一场沉默的加温仪式。
过了许久，我的脚终于从麻木中苏醒，感受到了那股如春水般绵厚温热的包裹。那股暖流，从脚心开始，沿着腿骨，逆流而上，直抵眼眶。
在那一刻，我二十岁世界里所有宏大的符号体系——那些哲学、那些审美、那些关于未来的宏伟蓝图——都在奶奶这个用身体构筑的、最朴素的温热前，土崩瓦解，并获得了它真正的堡垒。
她用一个最原始的姿势告诉我：无论我走得多远，变得多“冷”，她的世界里，永远为我预留着一处最滚烫的、可以安放我冰冷双脚的角落。

We advanced law-based government
administration. We ⑫submitted 19 ⑬legislative proposals to the Standing Committee of the NPC for ⑭deliberation and formulated or revised 28 administrative regulations. We readily accepted oversight in ⑮compliance with the law and handled with ⑯keen attention ⑰recommendations from NPC deputies and proposals by CPPCC National Committee members. We stepped up supervision over administrative law ⑱enforcement and regulated administrative inspections on enterprises.
