核心趋势：时政翻译不断演变，与时俱进。

对照：前几年用 extraordinary；疫情期间强调艰难时用 momentous / eventful。
三、重点动词与生动表达
政府要有所作为We in the government must deliver.动词Deliver 非常实用生动（需要关注deliver的多种用法）
壁画了宏伟蓝图Set out an inspiring blueprint状语处理，省略“胜利”、“壁画”、“宏伟”直译
隆重纪念Commemorate（不译隆重）
顶压前行*forging ahead against headwinds
展现强大韧性Proved remarkably resilient
稳中有进Steady growth was registered
注入稳定性Put ... on a more stable footing英文习惯用 footing，不用 inject stability

四、复杂句式逻辑重构
统筹国内国际两个大局

注：国际形势不译 international situations，应译 international developments。

翻译逻辑：中文总结语前置。

规范译法：Taiwan Recovery Day
警示：不是Retrocession Day 或 Restoration Day。

译：Construction began on the hydropower project in the lower reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River.
福建舰正式入列
译：...was officially commissioned. (军舰服役专用词)
七、经济与债务术语
存量隐形债务
译：Hidden local government debts were replaced in a well-ordered way.
注：“存量”不译，existing 含义已包含在语境中。
消费品以旧换新
译：Consumer goods trade-in program
适度宽松的货币政策
译：Appropriately accommodativemonetary policy
