We should continue to pursue mutually beneficial cooperation, steadily expand opening up at the

We will continue to be fully engaged in the reform of the World Trade Organization and safeguard and develop the open world economy. We will improve the layout and scale of pilot free trade zones to boost their innovation-driven development capacity.
