会议伊始，第三季度工作总结汇报正式拉开帷幕。商务部立足岗位实绩，全面复盘客户签约的整体情况，直面工作推进过程中遇见的难点与现存问题，提出优化招商接待策略，构建接待前-中-后三段式闭环工作模式，以精细化流程夯实招商根基

The meeting opened with the Q3 work summary. The business team reviewed customer sign-ups, assessed challenges, proposed improved investment reception plans, established a full-cycle closed-loop process, and strengthened investment promotion through refined management.

后勤部的各项保障工作与招商业务环环相扣，从日常运维到配套保障，依次梳理各部门本季度累累工作成果，全方位赋能招商业务落地见效，清晰擘画冲刺年末的工作计划。

The various support work of the Logistics Department is closely linked with investment promotion business. From daily operation and maintenance to supporting services, we sort out the fruitful work achievements of each department in this quarter one by one, fully empower the implementation of investment promotion business to achieve results, and clearly outline the work plan for the year-end sprint.

每一份来自岗位的思考，都是企业向上生长的力量。“员工之声” 交流环节，大家结合岗位实践与入职以来的点滴历程，娓娓道来工作中的所思所感。言语间满是扎根岗位的满足感、担当履职的使命感，以及与企业并肩前行的幸福感。

Every thought from each post fuels the upward growth of the enterprise. During the "Voice of Employees" exchange session, participants shared their reflections and feelings about work, combining their on-the-job practices and experiences since joining the company. Their words were filled with the satisfaction of rooting themselves in their roles, the sense of mission to fulfill their duties, and the joy of moving forward side by side with the enterprise.

平谦迈高总经理江雯慧女士作总结讲话。她对各部门紧密配合、高效联动的团队风貌予以充分肯定。江总谈到，服务不止是标准化流程，更藏着温度。期待大家将工作中的温暖、热忱与用心，真切传递给园区客户。勉励每一位伙伴深耕岗位、成就自我，满怀信心，同心同向再创佳绩。

Ms. Jiang Wenhui, General Manager of Plainvim Prenco, delivered a concluding speech. She fully affirmed the team spirit of all departments with close coordination and efficient collaboration. Ms. Jiang stated that service is not merely standardized procedures, but also embodies human warmth. She expects everyone to genuinely pass on the warmth, enthusiasm and dedication at work to the park clients. She encouraged every team member to devote themselves to their posts, achieve personal growth, stay confident, work together towards the same goal and strive for new achievements.

江总悉心聆听每一位员工代表的心声分享，于娓娓倾诉之中看见大家一路走来的点滴蜕变与成长所得，既给予恳切务实的方向指引，亦送上温润入心的期许与鼓励。

Mr. Jiang listened carefully to the sharing of each employee representative and commented and summarized each colleague's speech one by one. Amid the heartfelt accounts, he witnessed everyone's gradual transformation and gains over the journey. He offered sincere and practical guidance for direction, as well as warm and touching expectations and encouragement.

星光不负赶路人，时光不负实干者。大会举行第三季度优秀员工表彰仪式。鼓励全体同仁见贤思齐，在各自岗位上继续发光发热，与公司同频成长，并肩向前。

The stars favor those who journey on, and time rewards those who get things done. The conference held an award ceremony for outstanding employees of the third quarter. All colleagues are encouraged to learn from role models, keep shining in their respective positions, grow in tandem with the company and forge ahead side by side.

In the first half of the year, Plainvim Prenco delivered a commendable performance through solid efforts. For the second‑half push, we will advance with greater enthusiasm and resolve to strive for better business results.

Colleagues jointly studied three great works: The Twelve Principles of Management, Boundless Service and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. We translate insights from reading into driving force for work, applying knowledge in practice and integrating learning to build momentum for our goals.

Guided by books and driven by action, we will unite as one to forge ahead toward new objectives and scale new heights.

The journey of the third quarter has come to an end. We have reaped rewards from our hard work and also reflected on areas for improvement.
