Je tiens à exprimer ici, au nom du Conseil des affaires d’État, mes sincères remerciements à toutes nos communautés ethniques, à tous les partis et groupements démocratiques, à toutes les organisations populaires et aux personnalités issues de tous les milieux. Je tiens également à remercier profondément nos concitoyens des régions administratives spéciales de Hong Kong et de Macao, nos compatriotes de Taiwan et nos ressortissants à l’étranger. Je voudrais aussi remercier de tout cœur les gouvernements, les organisations internationales et les amis de la Chine de par le monde qui s’intéressent à notre modernisation et nous apportent leur soutien.

On behalf of the State Council, I express sincere thanks to all our people, and to all other political parties, people’s organizations, and public figures from all sectors of society. I express heartfelt appreciation to our fellow countrymen and women in the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions, in Taiwan, and overseas. I also express sincere thanks to the governments of other countries, international organizations, and friends across the world that have shown understanding and support for us in China as we pursue modernization.
