完善人才发展体制机制，加大对青年科研人员支持力度，让各类人才潜心钻研、尽展其能。加大企业创新激励力度。强化企业创新主体地位。持续推进关键核心技术攻关，深化产学研用结合。
We will improve institutions and mechanisms for talent development, provide more support to young researchers, and encourage outstanding people of all types to devote themselves to research and realize their full potential. We will provide stronger incentives to promote innovation among enterprises. We will reinforce the principal position of enterprises in innovation, continue promoting breakthroughs in core technologies in key fields, and promote greater synergy between industry, academia,research, and application.
(1) 让各类人才潜心钻研、尽展其能：中文的“让”通常表示动作的目标或导致的结果，不要直译为let/make，而是要转换为表目的/结果的逻辑连接词：so as to / so that / thereby。
(2) 各类人才：outstanding people of all types。
(3) 青年科研人员：young scientists and researchers，注意“科研人员”包括两类：scientists and researchers。
(4) 潜心钻研：devote themselves to research。
(5) 尽展其能：也就是发挥潜力，英文可以是realize/reach their full potential, tap / unlock / unleash their potential, bring out their best in sb.
(6) 加大/深化/强化……力度：遇到这类表达，我们首选将其转化为形容词比较级，把中文的“力度/程度”具象化。比如：
① 加大支持力度：provide more support to...
② 加大企业的创新激励的力度：provide stronger incentives for enterprise innovation
③ 深化（更好地）结合：promote greater synergy...
(7) 强化企业创新主体地位：强化企业在创新方面的主体地位。reinforce the principal position of enterprises in innovation
