We should seize the historic opportunities emerging from the latest round of technological revolution and industrial transformation to raise our innovation capacity across the board and provide the scientific and technological underpinning needed for high-quality development.

1.新型举国体制 the new system for mobilizing resources nationwide，强调在市场经济条件下，国家对重大科技项目的动员和组织能力。区别于计划经济时代的旧体制，其核心在于“产学研深度融合”。翻译中 mobilizing resources nationwide 强调的是跨部门、跨层级的资源动员力。

2. 原始创新 Original innovation，指从无到有的基础性、源头性发现。使用搭配：Drive advances in original innovation。

3. 攻关 make breakthroughs in core technologies，科技语境下，“攻关”的目的是“突破”。

4. 全链条推进关键核心技术攻关 ...make breakthroughs in core technologies in key fields across entire chains. “全链条”译为 across entire chains。这是一个空间方位介词的妙用。形容政策覆盖面广且连贯，用 across。

We will further develop pilot-scale testing platforms, improve intellectual property protection systems in emerging fields, and see that major technological advances are applied with greater speed and efficiency.
