Long-term mechanisms for regulating enterprise-related administrative law enforcement will be improved. We will promote one-stop government services to elevate overall service levels and speed up the development of a digital government. We will enhance administrative performance, prioritize policy implementation, take solid steps to solve problems, and improve our ability tofully and effectively implement the decisions and plans of the Party Central Committee.

We will formulate the plan for strengthening the military during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, carry out major defense-related projects, and launch projects to modernize military theory. We will make coordinated advances in military-civilian reforms, improve the framework and layout of defense-related science, technology, and industry, and consolidate and enhance the integration of national strategies and strategic capabilities. We will move faster to develop national defense mobilization capabilities andraise public awareness of national defense.
